Extremely Sensitive Thermal Sensor
Combining the TN630’s 640 x 480 12µm <30mK NETD thermal sensor with a powerful 35mm F1.0 objective lens allows these thermal imaging binoculars to present high quality thermal imagery onto a full colour 1024×768 OLED display, with a 1400m detection range when observing a 1.8m tall animal shaped object, or 2800m when observing a 2.3m x 2.3m vehicle.
A large 12.52° x 9.41° field of view offers excellent observation capabilities, with the 50Hz frame rate ensuring thermal imagery is always smooth and detailed, even when observed objects are on the move. For closer inspection of a target, the TN630’s base magnification is 2.0x, with a 1x-8x digital zoom, and eyepieces that can zoom to 13.8x.
Remaining familiar and comfortable to hold thanks to its ergonomic, traditional daytime binocular design, the TN630 is always a pleasure to hold, offering an immersive observation experience, and, for added comfort, the interpupillary distance is adjustable between 60mm-70mm. The ergonomic design includes raised buttons for easy control of digital functions, reduces fatigue over long periods of observation, and ensures quick and easy use in darkness.
Integrated Laser Rangefinder
Features a built-in laser rangefinder, allowing users to measure distances of up to 600m with an accuracy of ±1m when observing objects in total darkness. These measurements can be taken in both single steps and continuous scanning modes.
The ability to display a magnified image of an object of interest within the field of view increases accuracy even further, highlighting the magnified area within the upper 10% of the viewfinder. This intuitive function allows the user to focus on a specific object without losing control of the observation area.
6 Colour Palettes
6 colour palettes are available, with one-button switching to make palette selection quick and easy. Colour palettes include white hot, black hot, red hot, green hot, iron red, and blue heat.
Multiple Scene Modes
Multiple scene modes available – Enhance, Highlight, and Natural – with one-button switching available to assist in adaptive adjustment within different environmental scenarios and situations. To reduce image impurities and highlight the observed target effectively, Enhance and Highlight modes are the best choice.
The TN630 has been drop tested at 1m and with an IP66 waterproof rating, meaning they are protected against hard knocks, heavy rainfall, and dusty environments. Undeterred by harsh conditions, they will even remain fully operational in extreme temperatures from -30°C to 50°C.
6 Hours of Battery Life
Remaining effective for the duration of observation, these thermal imaging binoculars use x2 removeable 18650 Li-ion batteries, operating reliably for up to 6 hours on a single charge (depending on temperature).
Users can capture unmissable moments with a built-in still image and video recorder with audio. Videos or photos captured on the device can be stored on the internal 16GB of memory, or they can be stored, downloaded, and shared by connecting the device to the Guide app via Wi-Fi.
Connect the Guide TN630 to the TargetIR app to use a smartphone or tablet as a second screen, offering a live view straight to the user’s mobile device.
The app also allows full control over digital functions, offers remote recording and still image capture, as well as the ability to view, store, and share photos or videos captured on the device.
Taking Thermal & Night Vision Outside of the UK.
Thermal imaging and night vision products are strictly controlled by ITAR regulations and are subject to UK Government Export Licensing Regulations. Dependent on specification, a licence may need to be obtained prior to the export, even temporarily (e.g. holiday), from the UK.
Additionally, some countries may be embargoed, and no thermal imagers or night vision devices can be taken or exported to them. It is the responsibility of the exporter, whether it be a company or individual, to ensure that such a licence is obtained.
