Description
From Day Optics to Thermal
The Pixfra Taurus T650 LRF is an intuitive, slimline front attachment designed to effortlessly transform your day scope into a fully-fledge thermal imaging device. Featuring a 640×512, 12µm thermal sensor with an outstanding <18mK NETD thermal sensitivity, a powerful 50mm F1.0 objective lens (with ≥92% light transmittance), and PIPS 2.0 (Pixfra Image Processing System) algorithms, the Taurus will reveal even the smallest heat signature at a range of up to 2600 m — even in challenging weather conditions.
AI-Powered Image Calibration
AAIC technology uses an AI-powered system to learn from every frame captured on the Taurus, optimising clarity, enhancing image detail, and ensuring images displayed are accurate, and reliable to ensure greater accuracy and confidence whilst shooting.
High-definition Zeroing
The Taurus front attachment makes zeroing a breeze, with advanced sub-pixel zeroing technology allowing for finite reticle adjustments. This feature achieves unprecedented targeting accuracy, keeping errors under 0.9cm at 100 m and effectively doubling the precision of standard pixel adjustments.
Built-in Precision Laser Rangefinder
An integrated laser rangefinder (LRF) provides accurate distance measurements at distances reaching up to 1000m, allowing you to ascertain the distance between you and your observed target — so you can shoot with confidence.
Compatible with Almost Any Scope
Supporting up to 10x magnification, the Taurus will transform a wide range of market-leading manufacturer’s day scopes into a fully-fledged thermal imaging device. Compatible with a variety of setups, the Taurus will cater to diverse user preferences and requirements.
Bluetooth Remote Control Included
Operation has been simplified with the addition of a Bluetooth remote control. Attach the remote in a convenient location on your rifle and full control of the front attachment can be achieved for both left- and right-handed users, without the need for extended reach.
Extended Battery Life
The Taurus features a new quick-release cover for easy battery release, allowing you to swap batteries effortlessly. Provided with two batteries, each providing 6 hours of battery life, keeping you operational for a total of 12 hours.
Rugged & Robust Design
The Taurus’s rugged magnesium alloy construction will withstand strenuous use in the field, resisting the everyday bumps, knocks, and scrapes one would expect during prolonged periods of observation.
